Editing my resume again for the millionth time, couple questions

For activities in LS, should i put that im a member of a the School republican org. If it helps I go to school in MA, i don't know if i'll get looked at differently because of it

Secondly, grades for 1ls at my shcool come out the 19th. I figure at this point its better just to wait until grades and put my gpa on the resume. Sensible?
