Seeking furnished studio/1BR in Manhattan Forum

I'm looking for a furnished sublet in Manhattan on the B, D, F, M, E, N, Q, or R subway lines. I am hoping to live in lower Manhattan, either East or West side in a safe, furnished, law student-friendly sublet for one person, no pets.

Private message me if you have any availability or leads with friends who want a respectful, non-smoker, law student to take over their summer rent for 10-12 weeks!
