is anyone thinking of taking out private loans (from Citi or Wachovia) rather than the Plus or unsubsidized loan? It looks like you can get much lower rates from the banks nowadays than the gov't is giving. I'm reading about all that now, but if anyone has any advice i'd appreciate it.
