I was going over the brand new "dress code" this year, and it's more than a little preposterous (example: ONLY red ties). I know that Moot Court has a reputation for being a "drink the kool-aid" kind of organization, but they seem to have outdone themselves this time around.

Yeah. And no pants suits for the ladies? Lame.

Anyone plan on taking the bar in February? I wanted to but study abroad will interfere.

The idea of graduating and being able to immediately practice is very appealing. The idea of waiting until Thanksgiving, not so much.

Taking the February bar is a gutsy call. I don't know that I could handle studying for it while also taking classes. Plus, you'd basically have to turn in the C & F application now, right?

Did you guys get that TA email? I've actually never met a 3L lwr TA. Anyone thinking of doing it again?
