tbf, they were low on my list. also, they were one of the ones that didnt request anything but a resume and a grade sheet, so i'm not taking it too personally.

I bid on them too and you have a better gpa than i do looks bad for me too then. but they dont see where you ranked them right, so it shouldn't matter where you ranked them?

yeah according to career services' 80 reminders they dont see where you ranked them. i meant that im not going to killself since it wasnt one of my top choices.

who knows? maybe you have more interesting WE than i do (likely). hard to know exactly what they're looking for.

I don't know I don't have useful work experience at all, but it looks kinda interesting because it was abroad. It's really public interest though so I think it could deter some firms.

Weird, I have them near the bottom too.

yeah, fwiw, NALP directory says they're only looking to hire 2 SAs next summer. might be that they're looking for something particular, unrelated to gpa, etc.

I started emailing other firms too. Ugh. This stuff never stops.

Fired off mass mailings for california last week, nothing back yet except for apply through the website emails.

Foley didn't require a CL through our OCI - which is why I applied to them (lol). But on their online form they e-mailed us about there's a spot for a cover letter. Did you guys add one or just leave it blank?

lol jk after I scrolled down I realized it says just resume, transcript and voluntary information thing.

Yeah but I'm at the federal building so it's only 2 blocks away. They know I'll be pretty busy that week (hopefully) so they don't expect me to be in chambers a lot.

Did anyone else get an email from a firm saying they want to interview you at the office instead of at oci? Is this normal?
