If anyone is planning on living in Ithaca, I have a specific list of landlords/properties I would avoid based on previous bad experience. Good job starting early, the good stuff goes fast.

Would you mind sharing that list of landlords/properties? And why they suck?

I'm also looking for roommates, I'm pretty clean and just like everyone else, will probably be too busy studying to party at all.
