3.9x gpa, top 10 in my class. Just wondering if I have a good shot. Poor softs.

You should definitely apply to all 3 (finances permitting). Yale is always a longshot as most of their transfers come from the tier 14. Your chances at Harvard are excellent. Stanford is harder to predict - your chances improve if you are at CA school.
