T30 school, top 20% (~3.4 with a ~3.05 median).
Haven't seen too much recent data regarding transferring from the top 30ish to the T14. I'm not sure whether GPA is more important than class rank, as my school has a slightly lower median than similarly-ranked schools. Any thoughts on chances at any of the T14?

You have a shot but not a great one. You can look up the 509 reports and basically get an idea where kids are transferring in from. GULC gets piles of transfers every year and the typical profile seems to be ~3.55 GPA from schools ranked in the 20s all the way to 80s and 90s.
