Top Law Schools

Hello. I'm a rising 2L and wondering how to negotiate financial aid. My school, at Tier 2, gives students who do well more aid as an incentive to prevent transfers. I received about 45K for 2L year and 25K for 3L. I am ranked 5th in my class and have a 4.0. I also have been admitted to Georgetown and sent in transfer apps to other schools.
How much is worth staying for?
Any advice in negotiating?
