Hello. Thought i'd start one of these- I didn't see a regular decision thread anywhere so thought i'd start one so that we can all suffer together and of course have a thread for next year's applicants to look at.

I'm T1, top ~12% (rankings aren't officially out but that's where my GPA puts me in years past haha)

I actually applied ED and got deferred! So we will see what happens

I've heard ED is actually harder to get into. Also i've been losing my mind (GULC is my #1 choice) so i've been looking at past threads for the last few weeks nonstop and I think you definitely have a really good shot. I'm pretty sure from a T1 you just need to be in the top 15%
But hopefully we'll find out soon! I need to go back and check when decisions typically go out but off the top of my head I think it might be next week (yikes!)

Hey all, checking in here. I applied EA and got deferred. Submitted my 1L final grades last week, and went complete 5 June.

GPA: 3.56
TT
Rank anywhere from 15% to 35% based on historical numbers.

Accepted, email sent at about 6pm EST.

Stats are top 1% at a tier 4

just got in via email!

I'm gonna think about it over the weekend but I think I am going to turn down the offer because I know I want to work in CA/SoCal specifically so I think UCLA is the better option for me. So hopefully it will open another spot for someone else!! Good luck everyone!

For everyone still waiting- i'm still suffering with you and my app isn't complete yet and those who are complete (and unaware of this trick) i've read if you check "back door" you can tell if you've gotten accepted before you receive the email. heres the link: http://apps.law.georgetown.edu/admitted ... ssword.cfm and I believe you go through the process of "forgot user name and password". if it works you're in!

So just to relieve anyone stressing out and checking admitted students page... in the acceptance emails, gtown let us know there would be a few days before we could access the page. Might be best to just wait for emails and try to relax.

Also, can anyone provide any insight on how long GULC took to process their transcript/LORS? My school overnighted everything on 6/13 but it has yet to show up on the online status checker, and just wondering how long it will take

Idk how long it’ll take to show up in the status checker but when I called them a while while back to inquire about something they said the SC wasn’t that accurate and they don’t update it that often. I would give them a call tomorrow they’re super nice

Did any non-ED folk get admitted already? If so, when did you apply and when did you go complete?

perfect thank you! I feel way better. I think i'm just getting anxious at this point so I'll probably give them a call if its not updated by tomorrow.

Anyone who applied part-time RD get a decision back? My app went complete 6/11 and haven't heard anything since.

Do Acceptance emails tend to come out at the end of the day or have people gotten them at other times (I’ve only seen people post they’ve gotten it between 5 and 6 PM).

Also, has the SC been glitching for anyone else? It keeps telling me my username doesn’t exist.

Congrats! I have similar stats- except my school has a b- curve . I also applied the same day you did, did your application go complete before getting accepted? I sent in all my materials a week prior to applying, and the status checker still just says "application received" and haven't heard a peep yet.

Thanks! I did not have a chance to check my status before being accepted--the turn around was fast. I was accepted the day GULC received my cert form and official grades. Good luck! If you are concerned about missing materials, then try calling the admissions office to confirm your status.

Thanks! I just called them, they basically said if there was an issue with my application that they would have emailed me by now. So not really sure what to do, I sent in my transfer certification form at least 2 weeks ago and it still doesn't show up. Guess all I can do is wait

For those of you that have been accepted, did GULC tell you when the deadline is to participate in EIW? Bidding ends on the 29th but hoping there's an extension for transfers

In my email they gave me the same deadline! It just said I would have to accept by then in order to participate. That seems early!!

What do you mean? Getting out SA apps ahead of OCI?
