So I haven't found a lot of information on this but I am at a lower ranked T2 and looking to transfer to a school in the 50-60 range. My first semester gpa was 3.19 and I have no idea how I will do this semester. When Start Class was still online, it said the transfer GPA 75% was 3.19.
The school said they also judge transfer applicants with the same standards as they do with first-year applicants. I have a lot of work experience before law school and I am not transferring for ranking but for personal reasons. I ranked in the top half of my class.
What are my chances?
Either way I'm still going to apply just in case.

You’ll probably get in, but this probably isn’t worth it unless you are paying sticker at your current T2 AND the higher ranked T2 is in a city/region you want to work in that your current school doesn’t place well into.
