UMN 3.91, any chance to HYS?CCN

I am now a 1L of UMN. My fall semester GPA is 3.91. Ranking unknown. I am an international student and the best I think I can get after spring is 3.94. Any chance I can transfer to HYS? How about CCN? Thank you!
