Transfer Chances? T1-T14

I finished my first semester with a 3.56 from a well respected T1 in a major market. This puts me somewhere in the top 15-20% of my class. Are my chances at transferring sunk if I don’t improve to top 10% this semester? I would consider NYU, Columbia, Penn, Northwestern, Chicago, UVA and maybe GULC. I would love to have Harvard/Stanford on the table, but I don’t think that’s an option unless I book several of my classes this semester or get a 4.0 and even then it seems like a long shot.
