Michigan Transfer 2017
Didn't see a thread for this so figured I'd get it started while I anxiously check my email every half hour. I'm T1 top 18% so probably a longshot. Anyone in yet or heard anything?

Do we even have an online status checker for this? I've just gotten a series of emails from admissions about the app.

I emailed them about that and they said there was no status checker for transfers. I only got the email from the admissions office confirming they received the application.

What are people's thoughts on transferring to Mich.
Do transfers fare well into OCI? Do they end up being satisfied with transferring.

I'm international, so someone from their international office e-mailed me. I imagine the law school may have told them to wait until the call, but who knows.Gunner19 wrote:congrats! did they email or call?KijiStewart wrote:Got in today.

I'm confused. Did you receive your acceptance by mail, and then get an email like 4/5 days afterward? Thanks

"Transfer candidates will be able to see their interview lists on Monday, July 24, and enrollment deposits will be due on Monday, July 24. If you have not submitted your deposit by 5pm on Monday, July 24, all of your EIW interviews will be deleted from the system and assigned to other students."Gunner19 wrote:Whats your deposit deadline? Can I ask (you can PM me) where you decided to go instead? I'm deciding whether to accept Michigan and it would help maybe. Thanks!
I think you actually commented on my original post so thanks for that!
