I took a look at the previous few years' threads and found a couple of "patterns," if you will:

2012 - 2014, status changes came all on Wednesdays, generally in first half of April. In every cycle, acceptances would roll out by the following Tuesday. So some movement = less than 1 week until letters arrived, or backdoor worked.

2015 - 2016 were a little weirder. There were no status changes (AKA no "dates" were added to status checker), but the address/contact info lines were updated (i.e. from Apt. to Apartment, or "Both" to "Full-Time") less than one week before acceptances came out. In 2015, addresses changed on a Thursday (4/2), and 2016 on a Friday (4/15). Backdoor worked the following Wednesdays.

Based on these numbers, we'll hopefully see some movement this week, which will indicate that decisions will come out next week. Fingers crossed!

Backdoor didn't work for me. Seems like that account was created at 2:01 then posted at 2:04. They haven't posted anything else. A little fishy, I'm not stressing over it until others/school confirms.

What is this "backdoor" stuff? Also, what other schools are you interested in applying to?

As I understand it, your acceptance will be entered into GULC's "system" a few days+ before decisions are actually released. As such, if you go to the admitted students page, enter your last name and email address to request a username/password, you'll know you've been accepted if it recognizes your info and sends you the logon credentials (I think, can't speak from experience). Hopefully that makes sense! It's kind of a weird workaround.

Also, stats:

TT, no rank or GPA. The only thing I'm going off besides raw grades is the fact that GULC has accepted transfers from my school in each of the past several years.

We have honorifics instead of the A-F scale, and they don't correspond to any numerical value.

Just wondering, last year GULC actually sent out a decision email (backdoor worked 04/20) because some deadline was coming up. Does anyone know what deadline that was? was it the deposit deadline?
