I have been lurking on this site since I started the transfer process, so I finally decided to actually make an account and share my experience. Especially since everyone here has much more impressive credentials, ha ha ha.

Mid-T2 (although it is much lower ranked on USN)
GPA 3.8
Top 4%

I was accepted via phone call on Tuesday morning.
It is worth mentioning that my PS had reference to the fact that I am part of a generally "underrepresented group," so that may have helped.

Just got the call.
Applied 6/15
Review 6/20
Accepted 6/23
T30, 4.05 GPA

Same, but I'm fine with it. I'm sure they'll give us enough time to do whatever it is we need to do.

Received my follow-up email today at 11 a.m. Pacific time. It's nice to have it in writing before I reject offers at other schools.

Did you receive your rejection email between 11am and 11:18 am like the others, or did it arrive later? I'm trying to determine if all the rejection emails went out at the time, or if they are continuing to be sent out. I went under review 6/14 and the email came in just after 11:00.

I went under review 6/14 and the email came in just after 11:00.

Same. Nice to know there is no deposit. Wish I could accept today to make it official. Acceptance deadline: July 15.

I'm wondering if they are deliberating on the remaining applications today.

What do you all plan on doing for housing? I've heard it can be tough to find apartments in the Bay Area...
