2016 Berkeley Transfer Thread Forum

A forum for those current students who are or may be transferring from one school to another. Post any questions, advice, or other transfer related comments here.

Anonymous Posting

Anonymous posting is only available to the creator of each thread. The anonymous posting feature is intended to permit the solicitation of anonymous advice regarding the transfer application process, chances of being accepted, etc. Unacceptable uses include: testing the feature, questions which are clearly fake or hypothetical in nature, harassing other users, etc. Posters should also read and understand the announcements posted at the top of the Transfers forum prior to using the anonymous feature.

Failure to follow these rules will get you outed, warned, or banned.

Seconding jphiggo on this! Also- he and I were both transfers last year, so (speaking for both of us) we are happy to answer questions if anyone has any throughout the process. I know TLS was helpful to me throughout the craziness of transfer season last year.

I got a call at 2:52. Just FYI, the dean told me he wasn't going to have time to make all the calls today. Under review 6/17

To everyone receiving calls, did you also receive an email? Before or after the call? Does your online status page reflect the offer of admission?

I submitted grades 6/15 and went under review 6/17. I applied in May.

Submitted in May, under review last Monday, accepted today.
