Did anyone else recently get an interview request from Cornell?

So this thread and forum and general is filled with mostly winners and success stories. Not many people care to post about their failure and losses. I'll go ahead and share mine for future classes.
Stats: TT top 13%; had pretty polarized grades. Only As and A-s, except for B and B- in rhetoric. Maybe this matters, who knows.
PENN - Ding
UVA - Ding
DUKE - Ding
NORTHWESTERN - Ding
CORNELL - Ding
GULC - waitlisted all the way to registration day.
VANDERBILT - Ding
I did get into GW, but decided not to give up my scholly for it. Plus side is my current school upped my scholarship by a few thou. In hindsight, I wish I would've applied to Michigan. Maybe I would've had a shot. Congrats to all those who transferred successfully.

It's working out great. I'm glad I transferred, as it opened up opportunities that I wanted that I would not have had otherwise.

I had really amazing success at OCI at UChicago, far better than what I would have had at my T20 based on anecdotal evidence. I don't even have to do a journal, which is also very nice. It does seem like some transfers had better success than others (as is also true for the natives), however, and interviewing skills/strategy/likeability still play a large factor.

somewhat creepily lurking on this old forum because I'm looking to transfer. Did you have especially good softs, or boston ties? I only ask because my stats are virtually identical to yours, and I assumed Harvard was out of reach. Worth applying?DaysToGo wrote:Attending Harvard T20 around 10-15%.
