I'm currently in the top 25% at my TTT. Hoping to improve that after this round of exams. Also, I hate it here.

Exactly how big of a jump do I need to make to have a legitimate shot at transferring to Alabama, or a similar ranked (29) public university?

To transfer into the T1 you need:
-top 10-20% at a T2
-top 5-10% at T3
-top 5% at T4
-Other notes: Depending on just exactly where you are and how far up you want to transfer, you can again make the jump by being in the top 20-30%.

Alabama took 10 transfers last year. 3 were from Jones School of Law in Montgomery and 3 were from Cumberland. All but 1 was from the Southeast. Most all were top 20%, 1 was top 30% and one was closer to top 50%. But, last year Alabama was ranked 38 or something like that. With the 29 spot, I'm not sure if there will be a transfer class like that again.
