Summer sublet in DC $807/month plus utilities

Great summer sublet in Friendship Heights from mid-May until mid-August. Big house with five bedrooms total, two bathrooms, one half-bathroom, living room, dining room, sunroom, back deck, front porch, front and back yards. Free washer and dryer in the basement. Central air conditioning. Parking might be available (have to negotiate with roommates). My room is the only room on the 3rd floor, so it's very private. Fairly large room, spacious closet. Two of my roommates are staying for the summer. Both law students, both fantastic roommates. There will be two other sublettors as well. 10-15 minute walk to the metro, steps to buses.
