I've got Civ Pro, Contracts, and Crim Law this semester.
How do I know which books to buy? I'm a bit overwhelmed by the options. Should I get a hornbook for each of my classes? What about outlines and E&E? If so, how do I know which author I should get? I doubt that any of my teachers will provide any guidance on which supplements to buy. Help.

Re: Hornbooks, Commercial Supplements, etc.
1) Ask your professors. They usually will have an opinion on this.
2) Ask 2Ls and 3Ls who took your professors before.
3) Use the search function on here to find the debates on what's the best hornbooks out there. You can also look up the authors of your textbook on here to try to find those that are specific to your text...
Hint: For Civ Pro, the correct answer is always Glannon's E&E.
