Yeah, I've heard red road and university inn are both full of undergrads, which is probably better to avoid

Just found the UMiami law blog

--LinkRemoved--

Wish that it was from a dean and not the students, but interesting nonetheless

First seat deposit paid. We'll see how the rest of my cycle goes.

I was looking at these two places they're about 20 minutes away from campus according to MapQuest. So the people who live there, is this really that short? Is it in a bad area?

Friendship Tower

Pinnacle Plaza

I would not suggest this area. It's called Allapattah, and it's pretty bad. From what I remember when I lived in Miami, they have some serious crime issues (although that's prevalent in every Miami neighborhood to an extent). Here's the wiki article, although it doesn't have any real info: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Allapattah,_Miami,_Florida

I would use google streetview to scope out the neighborhood for any building you're thinking about, I think it's a pretty good tool.

Anyone know anything about Ludlam Point? It is about 2 miles from the school, and it is in their housing guide. Thoughts? (if any) - thanks!

Just finishing up my trip to South Florida -- took a tour of the Law school on Friday, and I plan to pay my seat deposit as soon as I can find my wallet! Extremely excited for August!

Hi UM Law Class of 2013!

I was hoping to ask you for a favor. My property professor, Ben Depoorter, used to teach at UM Law for 4 years. He's pretty new at our university and we only have 1 previous exam of his. Can one of you PM me his previous exams in property that you guys have on file?

It would be immensely helpful for a noob like me to see his previous exams to get a better idea on what he's looking for on a final exam.
