Canceling Callback - Do I have to reimburse firm for flight?

Post by Anonymous User » Sat Sep 05, 2009 8:38 am

I've been debating canceling an upcoming CB for which they've already booked a flight for me. If I cancel (already have other offers and am fairly sure I wouldn't take this over those) will they make me reimburse them for the flight?

The time of the attorneys that would have interviewed you is worth far more than the flight cost. Add in the hotel, meals, etc. and you're still saving them plenty of money by cancelling when you wouldn't take an offer regardless.
