Got the same random A&P email ding last night. I had spammed them - hadn't interviewed through OCI.
Also got an OMM snail mail ding. 3 weeks after OCI interview.

Steptoe is undergoing massive cuts this year (~40 SA to 10), so their process may be delayed a bit.
