NYC Boutique Salary
I am wondering what salary I can expect from a partner-heavy NYC boutique as a first-year associate. Around 30 attorneys. Firm does litigation and has a former AUSA, clerks, but some seemingly "ordinary" associates from T2s as well. I can't imagine a firm like this - with former biglaw refugees - paying me 70k in NYC. They represent some big companies. See Ford O'Brien or Harris St. Laurent for example.

Re: NYC Boutique Salary
I have friends that work at firms like this and I have interviewed and received offers from similar firms. Obviously it ranges, but the top end is somewhere around 150-180. The raises are a lot lower, but it’s still competitive.
