3.5 range for both LLM and JD with biglaw (but not tax) summers. JD grades, school, and work exp definitely matter.

Talked to one of the big 4 recruiters that indicated they’ll make callback decision soon but probably not over weekend.

Already got a callback from a law firm pretty soon after lunch so I suspect some law firms are treating this just like JD OCI and will move very fast and on effectively a rolling basis. May be different for non DC/NYC offices. I don’t know.

More than half of the law firms I interviewed with (all NYC/DC) already called/emailed for callback... and some big 4 groups already emailed.

Just curious. Were Kirkland and Ropes both for Exec Comp or Tax? I’m currently considering an LLM and my friend in the LLM said there weren’t many tax positions at TIP/TARE

Kirkland was interviewing for Exec and Ropes for general tax.

For what it's worth, some of those firms were already interviewing people for the same positions prior to TIP and made some offers.

I know for certain most started scheduling callbacks during the weekend, some even on the spot.

Has anyone heard back from Goodwin exec comp yet? I know they were interviewing but haven’t heard back since. Anyone know if an offer went out? Don’t want to reach out to recruiting and annoy them if an offer went out.
