Anyone know if a minimum period of employment is required in order to use DLA Piper's secondary-caregiver parental leave? I am considering a lateral offer. Due date is a few months after starting early next year.
Yes, I can just ask HR, but not inclined to rock the boat, so a little TLS intel would be very helpful.
