LA Plaintiff Firm Salary

Post by Anonymous User » Thu Dec 13, 2018 7:35 pm

Considering working for a Los Angeles plaintiff's firm. Would be coming out of the Vale from another non-Cali market, so I don't know what plaintiff firms would pay in LA. I wouldn't be working for Lieff or any of the national P firms; can't get more specific because I'd risk outing myself. They've asked for salary requirements and I don't know what would be a reasonable first offer.

What should I bid salary wise? Any range you could give me would be helpful; I realize I haven't provided a lot of info. The firm seems to have really high-quality attorneys working there and juniors seem to get a lot of responsibility early on, so that's a plus.
