Odd on the Foley Thing.... I didn't get a direct CB and I'm super high pedigree ip, they made me do a weird video screener(or are you HYC/CCN?) . Based on Fenwick/Foley are you Intellectual Property by chance?

MoFo started making decisions ages ago, I had screeners/dings first week of December from them, though I applied non-diversity. Latham (NY) is apparently sending CBs now. Just out of curiosity, did DLA Piper ask you for a transcript? My friend had a CB with Boston too, but said he was surprised that they never asked him for one and seemed to value his pre-law background more than his law background.

Foley offered me a CB yesterday, so I’m assuming they haven’t made any decisions.

Mintz contacted me today to tell me my decision would likely not be ready next week but to check back in Thursday/Friday for an update.
