If Cravath associates are all billing 2400+, then couldn't you read that chart to predict a 20% increase? SM is not the one who sets the floor.

It would be very surprising to me if there was a change. I think they'll stay the same.

Depends on the firm. Some on 12/31, some Jan 15, some Jan 31.

My firm pays them the business day before Christmas (which I think is great). We have an hours cutoff and don’t have a January-December billable year, for whatever that’s worth.

My guess is that they stay the same. I would be floored if they went up the same years salaries went up.
