Since resume launch pad is dead RIP. anyone know of any other mass mailing companies?!

Yep, it's called quit being lazy and mail them out yourself.

I don't say this to be snarky (okay a little bit) but you're better off doing it yourself. Have one stock cover letter/e-mail where you just swap out the name of the firm/PI organization. And make sure you're getting contact info for the recruiting contacts directly off of a firm/PI website and not NALP, because there is a lot of turnover and NALP sometimes keeps the old person's info on. Shouldn't take you more than 3-4 minutes per application.
