It’s not helping anyone. It’s just inducing anxiety on everyone who hasn’t heard back. We’all figure out soon enough. Can we leave it at that?

I've spoken to rising 2Ls who've gotten callbacks from Morgan Lewis, Proskauer, Davis Polk, Weil, and White & Case.

Not sure how true this is but I've heard if you end up with 5-8 call backs you should feel comfortable. Also unsure if that's the average.
