Received an offer at my top choice my phone last thursday night. He said I would get an email with an offer but still haven’t gotten anything. How long should I wait before emailing him?

I stopped writing thank-you notes about halfway through my cycle and didn't notice any negative impact. I'd save the time and energy and forego the thank-yous.

(Note that this is specifically for the NY market. In other markets, especially Southern markets and smaller cities, thank-you notes may still be expected.)

This is tangential, but they did a lot of pre-OCI interviewing and early-week interviews often had late-week offers. Can't offer you more than that, but I hope it helps.
