Sounds like you are on hold, unless the firm makes decisions once callbacks are completed. You are still in the game as KD would sayAnonymous User wrote:Anyone else get a cryptic email from Bryan Cave saying that they'll get back to you once they've made their final decisions? What does it mean?
Also got this email. Effectively a waitlist?Anonymous User wrote:Anyone else get a cryptic email from Bryan Cave saying that they'll get back to you once they've made their final decisions? What does it mean?
Not at Bryan Cave but firms 100% use wait lists (I know mine does). Some don’t communicate that and some do. If they haven’t affirmatively dinged you, they are either still making a decision or they’ve put you on a wait list.Anonymous User wrote:Also got this email. Can you share how many people your firm pulls from the waitlist? BCLP is close to the top of my list but other deadlines are coming up. Worth reaching out to let them know?Yardbird wrote:Not at Bryan Cave but firms 100% use wait lists (I know mine does). Some don’t communicate that and some do. White and Case or Williams and Connolly?Anonymous User wrote:Late W&C DC CB. Callbacks are still going out don't lose hope
I don’t have exact numbers (doubt recruiting would share that with me), but we give offers on a rolling basis. We probably have a hold for each offer we do make toward the start. Once numbers size up I’d imagine that dips since we’ll have a better idea of our yield by the later weeks. From experience, I was likely on a waitlist at my firm when I went through OGI/callbacks. Didn’t hear from them for 2 weeks after the CB when they are known (firmwide) for next-day / same week offers (also know that a classmate turned them down and I was offered later that week).Anonymous User wrote:Can you share how many people your firm pulls from the waitlist?
