Speaking from personal experience, not everyone who “keeps at it” will get a job, although statistically that is the case. Students who strike out just aren’t vocal about it because it’s embarassing, and CSO adopts a blame the victim mindset for those who strike out. You can follow everything that CSO tells you to do and still fail and be without a job months after you graduate.

For my DC focused people, how many callbacks did most of you all get? I’m trying to gauge if I should be worried or encouraged by my number

How’d everyone focused on DC do with CB numbers? I’m trying to figure out if I should be encouraged or discouraged by the number I received...

Top 1/3ish w/ WE. 9 DC screeners netted 7 CBs (5xV50s).

Like people have said, if you follow KDon's advice and bid appropriately for your GPA, you should net a fair number of looks in this market.
