Florida Bar Exam "Autopass"
So now that Fl accepts transfer MBE scores, is there such thing as autopass in Fl or is it possible to completely fail on the local portion of the exam assuming the taker at least tries to answer? Thanks in advance.

Yep, you can fail the Florida portion of the exam, which is notoriously difficult, and still pass overall if you have a sufficiently high MBE score.

Re: Florida Bar Exam "Autopass"
I’m barred in Florida. I felt like state portion of the exam was significantly more difficult than the MBE. I wouldn’t blow off studying for the state portion. I do know a few people that failed because their state portion was too low. FWIW, I didn’t attend a Florida school.
