Seconded. Excellent interviewer, minority, and unique background with 1 LP. 25+ screeners, shut out of DC and Boston. OCS seems shocked.Anonymous User wrote:Also at 4 callbacks, with over 20 screeners. Could definitely be worse, but it is below the average from last year. i'm at 4H/6P and ocs told me i'd do fine, but i only got 4 callbacks after 20+ screeners

Re: Harvard EIP 2018
To be fair, the standard advice for anyone with an LP is to bid heavily in NY since they're less grade selective than Boston and DC in particular.Anonymous User wrote:Seconded. Had a Skadden & Ropes (Boston) CB about mid-week this week and radio silence so far. Anyone hear anything yet or know what the turnaround time is?

Re: Harvard EIP 2018
The stats in previous years' EIP threads really helped me out, so I thought I'd share mine now that the season is winding down.
5 H, 5 P with international experience pre-law school. Was nervous about my interviewing since I'm not a natural, but I think I ended up in the decent-good category after some practice. Interviewed in Chicago and Houston, with some ties to each market. Interviewed for transactional positions.
Chicago
7 Screeners
5 CBs (took 3)
2 offers (accepted one!)
Houston
9 Screeners
5 CBs (took them all)
4 offers
Takeaway: Get your basic interview answers down pre-EIP and smile/engage a lot during the interviews and you'll be juuuusssstttt fine in secondary markets.
