AUSA/USA Jobs Resume Question
I applied for an AUSA opening on USA Jobs, but just uploaded my resume as a pdf. Is it recommended that applicants instead use the USA Jobs resume builder to submit their resume? Will uploading a pdf resume I created prevent me from being "referred," even if my pdf resume has all of the required information? I'd love to hear from anyone who has done this and still gotten "referred." Thanks!

Re: AUSA/USA Jobs Resume Question
No, I've never used the resume builder and have got referred/interviewed/hired. I don't think the exempt attorney positions like AUSA gigs follow the strict federal resume format at all.

Thanks, that's reassuring. Anyone else have experience with this?
