Also received the Sidley email -- ranked them high though so have no idea if it indicates firm interest

Not here, but they were low on my bid list. Did you do the Pre-OCI hustle for them, or just bid on 'em?
I didn’t do pre-oci for Sidley. They were ranked somewhere in the middle of my bid list-neither particularly high nor low.

Stats?

Got the email. Secondary journal, just outside top 1/3, they're ranked in middle of my list.

Having been through OCI at Fordham last year, I can assure you that the Sidley email is purely for the sake of gathering demographic info.

Got that too. I'm sure it doesn't really mean anything...though I guess we will find out Thursday.

I bid mostly 2+, with around 1/3rd 1. Fingers crossed for interviews and callbacks. Do we know when we should be getting interview notifications? I've turned off CPC emails because they're rivaling the Fordham Barnes & Noble for levels of spam
I'm the quoted anon. Just looked at my calendar, and I've got 19 interviews. I got my 1-10, and then a smattering from my 11-35. Hope this helps, future readers!

Is there a way to know if you were designated as an "alternate"?

You have to opt-in to interviews and see if you're selected when finals schedules are released next Thursday. Either way, they won't tell you if you were an alternate or if you got opted-in via lottery.

Best of luck, sounds like you did a good job with bidding. What kind of firms?
