The nature of the policy you aren't complying with seems very relevant with respect to anyone being able to give you useful advice. Different imaginable answers re: e.g., acceptable use of electronic resources policies vs. sexual harrassment policies vs. billing/time entry policies, etc.

What kind of policy are you talking about?
Sexual harrassment? Dress code? Font style for documents? It kind of makes a huge difference.

Those are the kinds of policies you should comply with if you would like to stay employed.
You can always look for firms that have more relaxed versions of those policies (though all firms will have some version of them), but in the interim it's in your best interests to step up your compliance. With the repeated warnings you describe, it sounds like your current firm is building up a formalized record that they can justifiably point to if they ever decide to fire you.
