Bass Berry Sims (or other Nashville firms salary)
Seems to start at 120-130 but how does it progress? Is it lockstep? Anyone have any idea what someone would be making as a 4th year or so? Bonus amounts?

I have a friend there that is around 4th year. Pay is like 165-175. Not sure about bonus, though. I don’t think it’s lock step at BBS.

^The above sounds about right to me. Most of the Nashville firms are about 5k/year raises. Not sure on bonus, but it isn't much.
