Of Counsel salary

Approximately how much does a litigation of counsel in Denver/Seattle make? 15 years experience. Apologies if this is a dumb question but I'm a gov attorney and couldn't even begin to guess.

Check the Robert Half salary guides. There is no such thing as "lockstep" for counsel/of counsel, but it tends to be just about or a little less than what an 8th year would make, with little expectation of much of a bonus, mostly because firms don't have to pay counsel bonuses because there's not a robust market for counsels.
