Customs and Border Protection Attorney

Post by JayDubya » Mon Feb 05, 2018 1:59 pm

I've noticed CBP posts a lot hiring announcements for attorney positions across the US. It doesn't seem super hard to qualify (looks like they are willing to hire out of law school). Does anyone have any info on this job?

If you havent noticed most of the vacancies are in the same office. Means it's a low of turnover. Very chaotic culture. Very bureaucratic. Not a lot of brainpower.

I do recall an attorney position announcement a year back in the US International Trade Commission that required experience with customs law. If that's your thing, it could be a stepping stone.
