1L who finished top3% of a T1. Hoping to be in DC this summer; I have strong ties.
Hoping to end up in BigLaw, probably regulatory but I'd be open to something transactional. Since the chance of landing a 1L SA is slim, I'm mostly just looking for the internship that will look the best and give me the most substantive experience to discuss when I do OCI next fall.
Anyone have ideas for internships I should be looking at? (Govt agencies, in-house, law firm, judges?). So far I've mostly done govt agencies. Looking more for specific programs or company suggestions than "mass mail".
