NALP says they expect to take 14 1L Scholars. Other offices have roughly 25% CB->Offer rate so I'm gonna guess somewhere between 50-75 CBs.
Where on NALP do you find the 1L-specific information?
You can find the info on the hiring grid:

Less than a week usually. I'm guessing it's partly dependent on how good they are compared to other candidates'.

Navigate to the firm's page (by office) and look at the hiring dropdown

If I start getting interviews at firms that are lower on my preference list, should I reach out to firms higher on my preference list to try and get them to move faster? I'm at CCN with really good grades, but some firms seem to just move slower than others.

If I e-mailed a firm about a pending offer with an expiration date, and they do not respond, should I be concerned?

How would you do this? Send an email asking to them "move faster?" If you had an exploding offer, then yes you could reach out to let them know and that you prefer them and would like the chance to go through the process. Otherwise this sounds like a bad idea.

I informed some firms that I was going to be in the area for another interview and would like to meet with someone if possible. Some replied that they'd check with their interviewers and get back to me and some said they're just not doing callbacks yet.

Accepted an offer today. Should I email or should I call the firms that I've already had screeners/callbacks at to let them know that I'm withdrawing my application? FWIW I think these callbacks would probably materialize into offers if I weren't withdrawing my application, so I want to be as respectful as possible (while not being weird about it).

Also, I have two callbacks scheduled. I'm not looking forward to contacting them because they already paid for my flight + hotel. Should these ones definitely be phone calls?

I'd definitely let them all know. Besides, they might have bought flight insurance that could apply for something like this. It means someone else might get a chance to interview for these positions.

I'm definitely going to let them know. I'm mostly wondering if the proper etiquette is to let them know via phone call or email (same with firms I've already had screeners/callbacks with).

Ah, I misunderstood you. I would email since it's faster. They'll read it first thing in the morning

Katten Munchin (NY) 's recruiter emailed to say they'll be reviewing submissions in the upcoming weeks. Looks like just a copy and paste mass email. silence everywhere else
