Cb at DC/LA about a month ago and haven't heard anything. Assuming ding at this point and starting to think they aren't going to contact those who interviewed and didn't get the job? I thought cb went well, but I guess not well enough

Uhhhhhh sorry, but if you don't have a firm job at this point, it's long past time to explore other options. Get on it right away, or you will be disappointed!!

Accepted a SA position in a market I know I don't want to be in because the offer deadline was about to expire and it was my only offer, but I just received an offer at the market I want to be in. What's the protocol on reneging?

As someone who has renegged on a firm position for this summer and had friends do the same, I don't think it is nearly a big of a deal as career services at most schools make it out to be. I would always just do what is best for your long-term goals, it doesn't make sense for the firm to waste their summer on you either if you don't have any real interest in being in that geographic location.

Of course I have other options. Was reluctant to accept those opportunities because I had hope for this one. but thanks
