1L class is filled with UT students but there's a couple of spots (likely, given past years) for other schools. You could google "Harvard" and "Vinson & Elkins" to see.Anonymous User wrote:Where?Anonymous User wrote:V&E Houston and Dallas SAs are posted on their website.
Does that definitely mean the summer class is full?Anonymous User wrote:1L class is filled with UT students but there's a couple of spots (likely, given past years) for other schools. That list is a mix of 1Ls and 2Ls. And it's broken down by school and not by office, so I would guess it means their firmwide class is closed (unless they're updating it as people accept offers).Anonymous User wrote:Does that definitely mean the summer class is full?Anonymous User wrote:1L class is filled with UT students but there's a couple of spots (likely, given past years) for other schools. It would probably be wasteful time-wise to update their website when people accept..Anonymous User wrote:That list is a mix of 1Ls and 2Ls. Is it normal practice for firms to list their SA classes on their websites?
Anecdotally, I know a 1L at my school that got an offer from V&E Dallas. He accepted on the spot and his name isn’t on their website yet. So I wouldn’t say they had finalized the class before they started putting names up.Anonymous User wrote:It would probably be wasteful time-wise to update their website when people accept..Anonymous User wrote:That list is a mix of 1Ls and 2Ls. If the list includes 2Ls then I know a 2L without their name on the list.Anonymous User wrote:Anecdotally, I know a 1L at my school that got an offer from V&E Dallas.
