AK offer. UH 1L.

To anyone reading this: Don't let TLS bring you down. You don't have to be at a T14 to land a stellar job. Having a great resume and good grades will get you in the door, but it is your personality that will get you hired. Be someone people want to hire. I love TLS but sometimes it might lead you to believe things that simply aren't true.

Congrats! There are a few of us in my 1L section with big law SAs lined up. It definitely helps to have stellar grades, but don't sleep on UH!

I want to say my T6 has 3 1L SAs that I know of out of the 11 of us who applied. All but 1 with strong ties.

This seems like an oddly bad set of outcomes. Only 3/11 getting a 1L position from a T6 seems much worse than expected.
