I interviewed in Pittsburgh first week of September. Told them I had an offer deadline the next week, and they were like, there's no way we'll have offers turned around in a week. So I wouldn't be surprised if they are still figuring it out. Good luck!

I interviewed through OCI with them in the middle of August and just heard the no from them today.

*Clarification - first round interview was mid August, no idea when they had callbacks

Friend got an offer for their Philly office like a week or 2 ago. Just turned it down earlier this week though.

That would be my guess. For what it's worth, my friend thought his/her interviews (both screener and CB) went horribly and didn't expect to get a CB, let alone an offer... so who knows what they're doing lol.
