In the past year, I have been assigned three secretaries for various reasons (moved to a new floor, secretary was asked to take on a demanding partner and had to shed some associates, etc.). General etiquette at my firm for bonus is class year x $100, but I'm unsure how to handle my situation--do I give each assistant the same bonus, do I pro-rate, or do I simply give the entire bonus to the secretary I started 2017 with?
Not exactly a life or death decision but I want to avoid Costanza-ing this. Thanks for the help!

Re: Secretary Bonus
I basically pro-rated but I actually paid over the standard bonus to keep the amounts normal. My firm is also 100xyear.
